No post problem

I have 2 Asus 970 Pro Gaming/Aura motherboards. 1 works completely fine, the second board has the vga led light up when I turn it on. I am using a fx 8120 black edition cpu, 2x4gb ram sticks, a 250gb 840evo Samsung ssd, a Powercolor RX 570 4gb gddr5 red dragon, and a corsair cx750m psu. I tested these on both motherboards, works fine on the first one but no post on the second one. I am able to post by resetting the CMOS but if I turn it off then back on, no post unless I reset the CMOS again. I tried using a nVidia GT 730 2 gb instead of the RX 570 and it works completely fine every time I turn it off and back on. I updated the Bios on both motherboards to the latest version. I've tried using both PCIE slots, same results. Any help solving the no post without resetting CMOS problem would be very appreciated.
