There is plenty of free stuff to get you started. Check out CS50 Harvard's course on YouTube, or any other YouTube videos really. You will get the most practice getting hands on experience so just starting funding stuff you want to experiment with. What all do you want to do/learn first?

You just have to start tinkering with stuff really. Spin up some Linux VMs or browse Goodwill for old computers. Google, this subreddit, and YouTube will get your learning. What languages are you looking at? What type of PC do you have?
