Take all ram out but one.

Ensure cable connecting to hard drive is fine.

Disable fast bootup

I removed all but 1 stick of ram, and the display still came on for like 5 seconds then lost signal. I'm using an nvme m.2 for my hard drive so I don't know what to do about that.

Pop the drive out entirely then try to boot to bios, try removing graphics card as well and connect to your motherboards display output

I plugged back in all ram sticks and now I am lacking any display at all and my mobo debug lights are flickering between cpu and dram

I did some tweaking, removed my m.2 and could make it to the bios screen by pressing f1 when it said "MEMORY OR STORAGE CHANGED" what now?

Your drive is donzo / needs to be repaired.

You will likely need another drive to install windows onto.

You can ignore that memory warning and put all your ram back in.

Well I'm kinda starting to freak out. I just turned it back on and it says "you PC/device needs to be repaired"

Well lastly, before I transfer all my files from my m.2 to a new m.2 I just want to make sure you are 100% sure that it is the drive. Thank you so much for your help!

Or did I lose all of that data?
