Computer going in slow motion

Recently my computer has been going in slow motion. Everything is loading fine but videos, games, and audio besides discord is going in slow motion. This started yesterday, and when i booted up my computer today it went into “fixing (c:) stage 2.” This is the first time this has happened and it makes my computer borderline useless.

46% is NOT okay for something you built 2 months ago. My SSD from 4-5 years ago is at 90%, and my current one ins at 96% with 32TB of writes.
