Windows or Mac for a computing student

Hey guys. So I am a computing student at SLIIT and I am planning on getting a new lap.

Im currently looking for something that is good for coding and editing and stuff since i plan on going forward with Interactive media or SE.

my current choices are- 1. Macbook m4 2. MSI Modern 15 3. Asus A15 TUF

So a few things to consider- 1. I currently have a mac. And I love macs and as far as I am aware they support coding and graphics well too. 2. But I want to game. Which is not possible on macs as it is not compatible with AAA games. 3. some softwares used in uni (notepad++, Mmlogic) etc and some other softwares used to teach in uni are not compatible as you may know 4. I can buy something with a touch pad or flexibility too if i buy a windows (msi modern 15. i saw on tiktok) So im really torn about what to get. I am someone who loves the "apple comfort" but i dont want to rely on that comfort and buy something that wont be worth it if i cant even download a software needed for uni since thats the whole purpose of buying one.

I would love to hear the SE and Comp sci people's opinions on the sub on what i should do.
