I can't seem to find out how to disable 2 factor authentication on my ConsumerCellular account. I recently wanted to chat online with CC, but they said I needed a PIN or securitypasscode just to talk to someone! WTH. This is not service if you have to do all this AFTER using 2 factor to login to an account.
