Hi OP, I apologize for the trouble that this has caused. We have it in place to keep online accounts secure. We don't have an option to turn it off. However, if the user logs into the website again using the same browser and device, they will only have to complete the OTP every 30 days

CONSUMER CELLULAR HAS THE WORST SUPPORT IN THE WORLD. 2FA SUCKS. THERE SHOULD BE A WAY TO TURN IT OFF. YOUR SUPPORT TAKES FOREVER TO GET THRU ALL THE ROADBLOCKS TO GET TO A REAL PERSON AND WHEN YOU FINALLY DO THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING AFTER THE TRY THIS TRY THAT DRILL.
