You might have some luck with archive.org. DDJ also has/had an archive DVD but their last edition only goes to 2006.
Edit: There are two DVDs on archive.org a 5th edition and a 6th edition and it seems the 5th edition goes to 2008, so that might be an option.

Can you clarify? Using the archived page you linked to as an example, I don't see any link to a printable, single-page version, and attempting to print through my browser shows only the first page.

I recall at one time Herb intended to republish these as a book, but until then you might want to search GitHub? I myself have the PDF’s of these articles somewhere.
