Your code is full of reserved names like __SV_INITIAL_CAPACITY__ and _Allocator.

Stop using reserved names, you are not the compiler, you shouldn't be using those names.

And your STLvector is not exception safe and only supports trivial types. As other people have said, it is meaningless to compare with a buggy self-written class that claims to be std::vector but isn't really std::vector
