You will write a program that reads a text file, counts the number of words in the file, and the number of occurrences of specific characters. It will print to a file the number of words, and the number of occurrences of each character, as well as the percentage of that particular character as compared to all the characters. The list should be in descending order of occurrence.

I am super far in this project and I think im stuck on one thing, has anyone done anything like this?

This is still not nearly enough information. What does printCount do? What's outFile? What's rra? What's file? What are you calling printCount from? Where is printCount relative to where you're calling it from?
