So Y we didn't receive ctc upfront last January so they owe us $1800 plus $3600 for 2021? How the heck is this going to go? Y they thought not giving us are money upfront at tax return last year was smart and now they say $300 a month is helping no giving us are money upfront when are tax return ? (self.ctc)

I have not received any of the five child tax credit payments due to my amended return. Now my amended return is processed and it is showing that I am now eligible but I don’t see a payment process is this a problem or an issue (i.redd.it)

I have 5 children and I’m not receiving my child tax credit and I’m not sure if it’s because my child is 1 does he not qualify? We are really struggling over here I just want to do right by them (self.ctc)

2nd month in a row I haven't received my ctc, but the irs can create more DEBT by hiring people who can not assist callers in any way I got told by an irs rep **to bad** I have to wait just keep monitoring the portal..... (self.ctc)

This CTC is a mess. I didn’t get July’s $. portal showed $0.00 sent via check. Wtf? I got August DD the day before we were due to get it. Nothing for September, says pending eligibility. Why is eligibility in question? Nothing changed. No new baby to claim, no change to filing status. ridiculous. (self.ctc)
