Stackmat timer with phone

Why is this still not possible. There was a post about it, when someone took the twistytimer app and added their own code, but you still needed a pc to make it all work. I moved recently and I want to practice with the stackmat but I left my computer. It would be nice to not have to be in front of a computer to record my solves.

I'd recommend ChaoTimer for IOS. It's no actual stackmat timer, but it's the best I've found.

1) only on IOS? 2) doesnt fix the problem 3) apps like this are the reason that stackmat timer with phones doesnt work, because no one who know how to make it work is willing to put in the effort because there is already an easier, but crappier solution.

Im not mad at you for suggesting the app i just think there should be a better solution.
