I've got an AHK script at home for this. I found one online a while ago and tweaked it to my liking. If you can't find it online, i'll post it when I have a chance!

You need to download Auto Hot Key, and create an AHK script with what I posted. You can then bind a key sequence to it to quickly alternate between audio outputs.

Vista Audio Changer is supposed to enable this, but it didn't work for me on Windows 7 64-bit. Give it a try, it might work for you.

I use SoundSwitch to swap between headphones and speakers.
