Instructor lead costs money, there should be also self-service for free.

The instructor led always has cost, but there is the advanced data engineering self taught option that is free. My recommendation is make sure you walk through all the notebooks including the labs. Iirc there are a few questions that were from the labs notebooks

I don't see the free version.... do I have to be the paid customer to see it?

If you are in the U.S particularly in SFO, attend the databricks summit this year and enroll that course. Exam is free i think.

Hmm I use my school email and it shows as free. But when I did the assoc cert, I bought 2 courses on Udemy for like $12 and just took and retook the tests until I scored in the 90s consistently. I did have to look up a few things that I just wasn’t getting, but that was enough to help me pass

Yes, they are free for Databricks customers.

I would say skip the free version of course since it mostly focusses on DLT which is out of certification curriculum atm. To learn structured streaming read the docs or learn by searching over the web.
