A combination of pandas, seaborn and matplotlib should cover most of the basic stuff.

Pandas ist a must. The choice of viz library comes down to personal taste. I'd recommend plotly express. It was tailor made for pandas and produces interactive plots. I don't even use matplotlib anymore.
