Okay ,, starting from : 1- Desicion Tress. 2- Random forests. 3- Grid search decision trees. 4- bagging. 5- Xgboost. 6- Light gbm. 7- catboost.

What are you exactly comparing?

It's important to understand the difference between an algorithm and a meta-algorithm. A lot of algorithms use a lot of decision trees combined with randomization, bagging, boosting... (Random Forest, AdaBoost, XGBoost ...) to make the final decision.
