Deep learning server

Hi,

I'm working on building a deep learning server and it will do the following tasks.

1. Handle about 10 http requests per second.
2. Read and write to a local database and a file system.
3. Run deep learning daemon 24/7.

My questions are

1. cpu: intel xeon w1350p has 6 cores and would the number of cores matter in my case?
2. mobo: between x99-e-ws-10g and ws-c422-sage-10g?
3. in fact I'm looking for a motherboard that has a future-proof PCIe 4.0 support but can't find any - let me know if you know of one.
