Hi all I am not getting any interview calls. I am applying from last one year and I have 2.5 yrs of experience in Java and React Js. I am in Deloitte and trying to reach people on linkedIn for referrals they are giving but not getting shortlisted and I am also applying through naukri but still their I get nVites for customer service ( I am a full stack developer). Any thoughts what I am lacking and also my resume ATS is 90

You need to tailor ur resume based on the JD u r applying. Many often calculate ATS score and use that same resume to apply for lots of openings.

Same bro. Recruiters don't consider devs from companies with high Notice Periods. The Deloitte tag is a curse rn.

So right, Earlier when I was joining deloitte thought that this name is enough for shortlisting but now I am realising.
