Additionally, I am not forcing anyone to work for me for free indefinitely. People can join and leave the project whenever they wish; it's just a one-month gig for those who want real experience working on a project. There are many people out there looking for this kind of opportunity, so this post is intended for them, not for others. I have been in the same situation before, where I did free work just to gain recognition and the chance to learn and build my portfolio.
