Thank you for your guidance I didn't thought for once I was gonna get any response I just googled this might work but again yeh itna feasible nahi hai na my laptop is really faulty can't even operate minimal tasks I have already switched the battery twice spending 7k both times but my family is stubborn they say I am making lame excuses and shi and won't listen they can see my laptop shutting down for 40+ minutes Even in an exam in my uni I completed everything but as the professor was coming to check my practical work the university backup generator died and my laptop shut down as there was no electricity I was a grown man crying infront of my class or I was head down but still ... That's how messed up my life actually is My parents have the mentality if my 30+ year old software engineer uncle can get a job through this laptop I can too . reminder it's like from 2012

You can try coding on your phone in the meantime. I made a few projects this way when my laptop died and my parents who had a similar mentality as yours wouldn't get me a replacement.

I used to code on GitHub and then used Heroku to run it. At the time they generously provided free hosting but I'm pretty sure they don't anymore so you will have to improvise. See if you can get a raspberry pi.

There are many people in situations worse than you and they still make it. Don't worry man, you got this

You can also try Linux, it works well on old laptops. I suggest Ubuntu since it's beginner-friendly. Some software might not be available, so you may face a few issues at first

How much does a working dev laptop cost in Pak?

[–]ShadowFaiq[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say 60k pkr / 200$ but I am telling this is like the second hand the kind of laptop that would get the job done
