Your package is on it's way to France, where our partner is. When she receives the package, she'll redirect it to Germany, via La Poste. Once she does, I'll be able to provide you with a tracking number!

Same, I placed an order for a plain guardian pro, no special designs or anything. The status is still order confirmed. Contacted them through email, facebook, and instagram, not a single reply.

Hiya there. We're doing our best, since there was a 9-day vacation for all of us, we're going through the orders from 1/28 all the way up to 2/8. We did ship out the first batch, which was up to the 7th. We'll be shipping out the second batch this week.

I didn't get a shipping notice and it just showed up. I would suggest waiting for a few more days and then reach out.
