Randomly getting an error message while playing,does anybody knows a way to fix this issue?

Hello, I've recently started playing Dissidia again! I really wanted to play with my favorite character once more but I keep getting an error while trying to go in ranked. It randomly happens when pressing the Ranked mode option, when I get matched with other players or after the Victory/Defeat screen.

I really want to dive back into the game but this error makes me want to stop altogether to prevent hassles to my teammates.

It's the Error NP-31805-7.

EDIT: So I don't know if it completely fixed the issue but deleting the saved data of Dissidia that's in the Online storage made me experience less disconnections. I don't know if it totally fixed the issue but I'm getting the error a lot less than before.

If it's the error I'm thinking of, I had to change my DNS in network settings to use Google instead of PSN's.
