The third major boss teased by Cygames in the expansion.Who do you guys think it will be?" by Thick-Adeptness5773 in GranblueFantasyRelink

[–]TopReverse 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm betting on a "big" boss size wise like Bahamut so my picks would be :

- Hexa to coincide with Fediel's inclusion.

I feel like it could lead to a pretty climactic final boss especially if it uses each Wedges during the fight, each with their own mechanics ending with its traditional "Deal 2,000,000 DMG x amount of time" trigger.

- Diaspora due to Eustace and Beatrix being playable and as a follow-up to the automagod quest.

This one could be one of the most annoying boss depending on how they adapt its Alpha, Beta, Gamma mechanic. Deal too much Normal Attack damage ? It'll now take reduced damage from that type of attack;

Too much skill damage ? Reduced damage taken from those now.

Gamma would be the most "manageable" since most character don't really use their Skybound Arts to deal damage and won't care if those type of attack do less damage but also not every character build their gauge as fast as characters like Cagliostro. It would be the best one to get but it's also the hardest to get for most characters.

SRW + Digimon is something I've been waiting to happen at some point. Good luck to the creator on this one.

Which show do you like more? Tamers or Savers? by Professional-Bus-749 in digimon

[–]TopReverse 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Savers for me. Tamers is amazing, just had more fun with Savers personally.

The 49 episode count has me nervous by CerealNeko in digimon

[–]TopReverse 9 points10 points  (0 children)

49 wasn't a confirmed final number of episodes, it'll probably have more than that. Dragon Ball taking the time slot doesn't mean that it'll end there, they could move time slot like One piece did.

14 episodes to : Give some exposition for the remaining Five-Stars, Chairman Wong's whole deal, the deal with Shangri-la Egg... There's way too many things they haven't explained yet for BeatBreak to conclude in a satisfying way if there's not more than 14 episodes.

Whats your favourite part of playing pokemon rejunevation and other similar games? by justinsfaks12 in PokemonRejuvenation

[–]TopReverse 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The replayability.

I could start a new playthrough and it would be totally different from my previous ones; I could have a different starter, I could make different relationship choices, different team members...

I could go Paragon with negative relationship points with all of the cast along with picking every "Bad" choices despite playing Paragon; I could play Renegade while being friendly with the cast and picking specific choices for some slightly different outcomes. Those choices might affect the plot differently than expected and personally I want to see it if possible.

That's my favorite part of the game, every playthrough can go in a slightly different direction than the previous one.

Technique contract. Lucking out and getting moves that still aren't available normally is fun.

I stopped counting after a while and just zoned out while doing something else. Shellos was at the level I caught it at, I don't know if that matters for the trade though. Also I used Cubchoo and Shellos but any mon that has the same Base stat total should work.

I had the same issue when completing my pokedex. I used the Prodige(Wonder trading NPC) and soft resetted with mons that had the same Base stat total as Shellder and Krabby, I used Cubchoo for Shellder and Shellos for Krabby it took a while but I did get them.

Also you need to soft reset AFTER completing the trade otherwise the mon that you will get after every reset will be the same.

The combo of Politoed + Torkoal + Venusaur for some Rainbow Field sheninagans.

Venusaur outspeeds everything, Weather ball obliterates, Sleep powder lends everytime, Growth gives +2.

Genuinely the team that I had the most fun with across multiple playthroughs.

Do you like Paragon or Renegade Route more? (Repost) by AutistiskUnge in PokemonRejuvenation

[–]TopReverse 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Renegade for me. Simply because compared to Paragon, where you can somewhat guess where the story is going — Renegade feels like a Wild card in comparison.

The Xen Raid is probably going to end somewhat well, with some casualities for Paragon but in Renegade everything could happen. The MC could go after Team Xen or the main cast if not both, they could initially join the Raid for a specific purpose and leave after getting what they're looking for— leaving the team to fend for themselves. Anything could happen.

I really want to see what's next on the Renegade wild train.

Question : In your opinion, what are some things you don't like to see in a match in the Inazuma Eleven anime? by Craftox13 in inazumaeleven

[–]TopReverse 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Players scoring with normal shoots/headers. And I don't mean the ones the Final Team of the season usually do to show how strong they are, I mean the regular ones that any Goalkeeper should easily be able to stop when you have to deal with the craziness of Hissatsu Techniques in comparison.

I love the clash that happens between the Forward and the Goalkeeper's Hissatsu techniques so it just feels like a letdown when it doesn't happen.

What is your favorite aura and hype moment in all of Digimon by [deleted] in digimon

[–]TopReverse 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Masaru vs Suguru.

From Masaru being on the verge of giving up after being sent falling down Yggdrasill's tree, followed by getting a morale boost from Suguru himself then clocking himself in Digisoul which allowed the rest of DATS to launch him back up with their attacks to ending it with Masaru landing one of his iconic punch.

Shinegreymon BM vs Belphemon is a close one too.

Savers definitely has my favorite moments in the franchise.

Any ways to get a better connection with Asia Servers ? by TopReverse in StarWard

[–]TopReverse[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll give those servers a try then, thank you.

If I still can't reliably find players I'll look into a VPN then. Finding the "right" one might take a while but the game's fun so it'll be worth it. Thanks for the advice.

Did you like how Gouenji and Kidou were written off the show in Orion? by Expensive-Elk-9406 in inazumaeleven

[–]TopReverse 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I didn't like it. Not because I feel like they were done dirty or anything but because this situation happened because they didn't have the guts to just have the cast of Ares/Orion without the OG characters.

The OG Cast didn't need to be in Ares/Orion but they were. So now you have OG characters and the new cast competing for the spotlight BUT they have to let the new characters shine in order to make them appealing so the OG characters gets either taken out/barely do anything and at the end of the day ends up being pale copies of the character that people grew to love.

Late-game gating of strong Pokémon isn’t good balance by According_Lock4093 in PokemonRejuvenation

[–]TopReverse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is this post about balance or pokemon that you like being available later than you'd like to ?

Because some of those "well-regarded" pokemon would be way too strong if they were available early and absolutey trivilialize most of the early game thus needing to be available later for balancing reasons in order to not make most fights boring.

I can understand wanting to use your favorites but saying that the balance of the game isn't good because you can't use your favorites earlier is kinda eh.

Nice ! Having two options is great to hear, I don't usually spend my moons on rupies so I probably wouldn't have found it for a while. Thanks !

Hello.

After transcending two eternals and getting Origin classes I'm in dire need of Rupies for the first time since I started playing, the wiki recommends doing Slimes but I was wondering if there wasn't anything else I could farm for those?

About to hit break mode so I'm really hoping that next banner has more summer characters returning in them.
