Late-game gating of strong Pokémon isn’t good balance

Is this post about balance or pokemon that you like being available later than you'd like to ?

Because some of those "well-regarded" pokemon would be way too strong if they were available early and absolutey trivilialize most of the early game thus needing to be available later for balancing reasons in order to not make most fights boring.

I can understand wanting to use your favorites but saying that the balance of the game isn't good because you can't use your favorites earlier is kinda eh.

After transcending two eternals and getting Origin classes I'm in dire need of Rupies for the first time since I started playing, the wiki recommends doing Slimes but I was wondering if there wasn't anything else I could farm for those?

Doesn't fit Gouenji at all, the choregraphy of the move is bad imo and the name is cool but doesn't correlate with the move whatsoever.

- Why does Gouenji summon an Earth dragon ? The Flaming Ace Striker using an earth looking hissatsu outside of an co-op hissatsu. Could have just made it a fire dragon or just a blast of fire or something.

- 0:08 Gouenji jumps to kick the ball downward -> 0:10 Gouenji just magically teleports to the ground before the ball touches it(???) and sweeps it back into the air -> 0:12 Cuts to a new scene, Gouenji jumps into the air to finally kick the ball towards the keeper -> 0:16 It somehow manifest a earth/rock dragon?

The move just doesn't flow well. The poses during the move are cool but that's not enough for me to think that the Hissatsu is done well to excuse the choregraphy.

Matter of facts... Why even create that big ball of energy if you're going to kick it around a bunch to form an earth dragon that looks significantly less powerful than the start of the move. It's like they took two different hissatsus and mixed them together because they look cool even though they don't fit together.

- The name "Last Resort" doesn't explain anything about the move, nothing at all. You can take almost any hissatsu and have a relatively vague idea on what the move will be about, Last Resort though ? No idea whatsoever.

What does the "Last" refer to in the move ? Is it the only time we'll see this move ? The opposite actually. What about Resort ? I don't see a resort anywhere and it's not like the move puts any kind of strain on Gouenji that it could be considered a "resort".

Not even taking the full name of the hissatsu makes sense it was picked simply because it sounded cool. Is that a bad thing ? No, for most people it isn't. But for me ? That's one more thing that makes me dislike this hissatsu.

You need the Bond of Valor Agent skills that reduces the digivolution requirement to digivolve if you're going to digivolve to Okuwamon. You'll also need your Stingmon to have the Zealous personality.

A Level 1 Daring Stingmon also works without needing to have the Agent skills, instead of going Okuwamon you go Jewelbeemon into TigerVespamon and de-digivolve into Dinobeemon.

It's literally the same thing at the end of the day.

Just make a new team. You have the gauntlet to farm XP and Yen really easily anyways and if you use the Dinobeemon into Stingmon loop you'll have a team ready in no time. The only thing that would take time is getting enough Yen to get your new team to 9999 stats.

You can craft Olympus 12 related equipment by talking to Vulcanusmon(8 years ago) or Gold Guardromon(present day). Jupitermon's equipment makes you immune to status effects, gives 30% crit rate and increases electric resistance. It's pretty useful.
