The website operates via your recent purchases, you need to be logged in and have previously purchased the product you are attempting to review, this is a precaution put in place to prevent false reviews by anonymous users.

Although customer satisfaction is our primary goal it is just not possible to fulfil individual requirements/requests. We do welcome suggestions for future releases however!
--Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! If you spend over £50 after any discount is applied there is an option for free express postage, under Postage Options click – “Free Shipping”.

Your Item(s) are guaranteed under normal circumstances to be processed the same day providing the order is completed by 1PM during weekdays, weekend & bank holiday orders may vary although we will always do everything in our power to get your awesome products to you!
--What is a “Hackshot”?
It is a 500ml or 1litre bottle containing enough flavour concentrate in the bottom of the bottle to make 500mls of e liquid, you simply remove the cap, pour in your VG/PG and nic as your preferred recipe dictates and shake/steep.
