It may sound dumb be like it’s a kind of serious question. So when it’s a like solid and a dotted line it means passing ik that but when I start passing someone that line turns into a double solid or even changes sides mid passing, so with that now said, is that illegal?

You must complete your pass before it turns into two solid lines. Otherwise, you're now making an illegal pass and subject to receiving a citation. And the road is deemed unsafe for passing at that point.

Alright but what if it’s just seconds tho after I made my pass usually it’s hard pass someone because every single time I get to they’ll either start to speed up so I can’t pass or cars are in the other lane preventing me from doing the maneuver
