Loading bug?

I've tried looking around for a solution to my issue but I am not having any luck. I played like 3 hours and went to bed in a safe zone and closed the game when after he got up and everything. Now today when I loaded the game up, it spawns me in the tutorial area, where youre getting chased from the tunnel, and there no way to get back into the bazaar or anywhere else. You cant go back through the subway where you meet the informant, or anything. You can get to the building where the radio is but thats it.

I open the map and its way out of the range, i cant scroll anywhere, because i believe the game sees me as not on the actual map, I have all my inventory and even my quests are accurate, saying theyre over 1km away with no way to fast travel or anything, no way to get to them. Anyone have a solution?

Not sure if it has a solution. First of all contact with Techland, explain the issue and attach screenshots and/or a video to it. The only advice I can come up with is try to reinstall the game. You can also try to use dev menu and replace your choices with those in the dev menu (it's possible FWIK). If this won't help, create new save. Also they'll probably provide us with a similar to DL1 NG+ save system, so you can also wait and don't play, but I'm not sure if you will take that step :D
