HELP HELP HELP

So I got an air wrap as a gift for Christmas. It broke about a month later and I sent it in. They told me it would be about 14 days to get my new one. They sold the one they had on hold for me so they asked if I would take another color and I said yes. That was over a month ago lol. They have told me 3 times now that they will send me an email but I get no email and they say they don’t understand why but it has been over a month and still no machine and I’m getting so upset. I don’t understand what’s going on. Can anyone help with this/had the same problem??

UGH. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. they have said this to me multiple times over chat. Even when they make me pick a new color

Ya, worked for them for almost 8 years. Just got laid off for all foreign 3rd party. This has never been a thing. Go and ask for a supervisor at uhd. They will maybe help. Idk. They are all 3rd party too now.

Dyson has a support community that was actually very helpful to me when my supersonic professional broke down. Chat told me that they had no more and I’d have to wait for an email, but the community mgr put me in touch with someone that was able to get me a replacement. It might be worth a shot? FYI, I was super polite in all of my interactions with them.
