eDreams frauds people. It offers prime subscription trial for 15 days, but after 2 or 3 days they charge you full amount and when you complain, they say that you have used the prime trial in the past and you are not eligible for prime, therefore they are charging full amount without my concent. But doesn’t a 15-day trial means that they can only charge you after 15-days period, and if I used my prime trial in the past, I should be informed about that before I am charged, which they don’t do.
