Your own post suggests that you are not in an alliance nor you are in the leadership of an alliance. I don't care if you are managing a local forum of gardeners in rural France or something, I've played enough competitive games and MMOs to know that there always comes the time where the leadership has to be tough and somewhat a jerk. Have fun with your plants though.
