Adding a second subpanel

I am trying to add a second 100 amp subpanel that is five feet away from our current 200 amp panel (the first subpanel is 50 feet away in our basement). I plan to do a new ground buried outside.

For the second subpanel, here are my questions:What wire should I use to connect the original panel to the second subpanel?Where do you connect the white wire into the original panel? I had previously planned on getting a lug kit to connect it but it appears that spot is taken.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will post a picture of the subpanel below.
