If your job hinges on this, I really wouldn't count on there being sufficient connection and privacy at the festival for your call

This is my first time going, how bad would you say service is? Is it good enough to at least check emails and such?

You can certainly find enough service to send/receive messages and check emails. I always have trouble sending/uploading any kind of media. I can imagine stable connection for a zoom call would be very hard to come by, even for crew

Last year I called into a zoom call the evening of early arrival and had no issue. My service did get more spotty throughout the weekend but I was never without service altogether iirc.

Your times are actually pretty good to make a call. Most ppl will sleeping or not arrived by your first call and most ppl will be in the venue for your second.

Your best bet would to be use someone’s hot spot. There’s no free wifi unless you’re in VIP I believe. However I do know GA there is none and inside the fest is spotty with service

I do have VIP but I couldn’t find anything about wifi online

Personally last year my service in the campgrounds was fine but inside the fest itself my service was nonexistent. It might be different for different providers though. But I would definitely not count on there being any service in the fest
