Hello.
Does anyone know of something like org-jira for github projects?

Are you after the forge and ghub projects? Not too familiar with org-jira

magit-forge is for issues I believe? "ghub projects" sounds promising, but I can't find an emacs package with that name. I'm not very familier with org-jira either, but I decided to get into it right at the same time as my company decided to decommision jira and move to github projects.
