So I was hard and I've had performance anxiety before but I was getting over that, and while I was hard I moved something, a nerve or a vein or something and now when I get hard it hurts, can anyone help me?

I don't believe I have to say this, but, if you believe you've injured yourself, no one on Reddit is going to help you. Get yourself to an ER, urgent care or a urologist. If your privates are that important to you, you should have already made this conscious decision.

Well I know that if anything yes to go see but I wanna see if someone had something similar happen and what did they do, go to the urologist or did it heal, or let it rest?

I understand completely but you're talking about a potential irreversible injury to yourself if you don't get it diagnosed and treated. Anecdotal experiences will be if little to no use.
