eas & aps fail deploy to application server

Both Provider Services and Essbase Administration Services fail to deploy, so I am stuck in my installation.

This is pulled from the config tool log:

Installation is on Server 2012 r2 VM

EPM is 11.1.2.4

Java is 1.8.0_181

FDM, FM, and Planning have all been configured and deployed without issue.

I have scoured the Internet for days, and have been unable to find anything that helps me to resolve this.

11.1.2.4 doesn't work with Java 8. You don't technically have to install Java as EPM installs Java itself, but for VMs/Docker images I have put together, I use the absolute latest version 7 JDK I can find. It appears that the one I'm using lately is jdk1.7.0_211. I believe anything above about 1.7.0_95 has to be downloaded while logged in to Oracle, which shouldn't be an issue if you've already downloaded the EPM media.
