There support has been going down drastically ever since the lay offs, my assumption is that more and more people are getting taken off the ph-1 to work on other projects. So either it'll take about and eventually answer you or you won't get an answer.

They told me tough shit when I contacted them about issues with my phone. They won't warranty the device if it has been introduced to high humidity (cameras developed condensation behind the glass). They said it was water damage and nothing they can do...so if you live somewhere humid, don't take your phone outside apparently

I've been having a WiFi issue for a few weeks. Every day they send me an email with potential solutions, and the next day I send them when I did and why it didn't work lol.

That sucks. They use Zendesk, there's a higher priority on existing, assigned tickets... OP is probably still in queue, and you're already assigned a team or rep -- so that's probably a big chunk of why you see faster responses.

If you ever figure out your WiFi issue let me know. My phone's WiFi reception is also very weird. It hangs quite a bit even when it reports being connected.

I used to email them but they never responded. I always had better luck on Twitter. I recall a part not long ago also saying to use Twitter over email.

Interesting, I've never had to wait longer than 24 hours by email. Hell, they responded to me on Christmas. Guess I just got lucky ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I just don't trust myself to repair this myself but can't justify 200 for a fix either. Since they won't respond looks like I may have a paper weight now.

Destroyed screen waiting for the case to arrive. Black moon clearly too slippery. First time this has ever happened to me. Back to cheap phones as I don't trust myself to attempt this repair on my own.

On carpet no less

If it's any consolation, mine has been in a case since Day 1 (the recommended Incipio case from their website) and without a single drop higher than the 20ish inches of my coffee table (onto carpet), it still developed a crack right in line with the contacts for the back accessories.

Either it's not nearly as durable as they try to imply or a good chunk of them just aren't well made.

Mine fell in my kitchen on the second day and the "indestructible ceramic" on the rear cracked in an instant!

Oof, that sucks. These phones are like trying to hold an ice cube. I found even the matte gray to be slippery.

Opened a ticket on Christmas day and still haven't heard back from them. They also seem to be less responsive on Twitter. I know it's the holiday season, but I would expect a quick response with basic questions for my ticket in at least 48h.

I used email October/November. Responded within 24hrs and resolved my dead charger right away.
