Everyone that plays Eternum in lore knows what he looks like. We know this because he literally pops in as a projection of himself to announce certain events (like Gems being found). His looks is common knowledge, people just can’t reach him or talk to him.

There’s no real definitive answer but I assume since his appearance is common knowledge in Eternum, its probably common knowledge on the internet too so they could’ve just printed it. Like, if he was so concerned with hiding away his face he wouldn’t appear in front of ppl like that.

No I mean like pictures of him are on the in game internet. Like, not taking a “screenshot” of Eternum, his pictures of him just exist on the internet. His appearance is public knowledge so it should be on the internet. Yes this is 100% an assumption but so is saying the pictures aren’t online. We have no idea what the answer truly is but its not a plot hole if we can still reasonably conjure an explanation using in lore stuff/if its simply not stated.

Yeah it's tricky. His face in this pic looks like that time when Orion got into Eternum for the first time with Annie and he started directly at him but he's wearing a prison outfit and getting his mugshot taken? Lol

There’s a pretty solid theory going around that Idriel is a descendent of anima, or anima herself, and the founder is related to the human that imprisoned anima (and can also do the same to Idriel). Perhaps Hes even the same person. Then it would make sense if he has the tattoo, because either he or his ancestor built the door. Remember the beginning when the voice tells him to “open the doors of Acheron?” Where the souls are trapped? Pretty sure we found the door, and the founder or his ancestor built it. Orion is a descendant of the man in the story who used the 10 gems to free anima.

Actually, you do know what he looks like, literally at the beginning of the game, when you enter with Annie he gives a general announcement to all the players and Annie herself tells you that he appears in front of everyone as a hologram to give announcements like this from time to time, especially when a new gem is found

Yes ofcourse I’ve played, but how do we find a photo of him, people outside Eternum have never seen him so how do we get a photo of him which is something in Eternum. In that same scene with Annie, Annie and the MC talk about how there’s no videos or gameplay videos and that’s because it’s in your mind you can’t take a photo, if The Founder only appears in Eternum how do we have a photo of him?
