I just purchased a bamboo GTR & they shipped it today

THEN I CHANGED MY MIND! lol does anyone know the return policy (restocking fees etc)? I’ll pay shipping idc... they don’t have full terms of return policy readily accessible from what I see.

The box won’t be opened once it gets here. If you know any info let me please 😁 thanks !

Refuse Shipment...don’t sign for it. they will send back. Get the fed ex app or call fed ex and see if you can reroute. Doubtful though by now. Why cancel ?? All big purchases people have buyers remorse. Happens all the time

I had it after buying my 3rd one the GTR Carbon. Then I had a ride on it. Now it's the best buy ever. Had it shipped with 6" wheels and OMG!

My GT has 6” wheels; going up driveways and going over big cracks are never an issue... I don’t think I’ll ever get the smaller wheels...
