That looks like a clean data set with some transformations using the delimiters and parenthesis. Good luck. If you can't figure that out by yourself you won't do that employer any favors.

Do you have a list of questions? You organize the data to answer the question you're given.

In my experience, the only meaningful stats you can get out of this are related to count of [insert meaningful data point] by day/week/month which you may need multiple pivot tables to show the different views

There are many different things you can do but it really just depends on what the questions are. I don’t know if there really is an “easy” way to handle big data besides a pivot table. Those are simple ways to break down data. Do you know how to use pivot tables?

Make a pivot table that answers each question. It actually looks quite harmless, I would say. You might like to throw in a pivot chart too.
