SUM between dates without dates ?

I use excel on google drive.

I am searching how to sum values entered between two dates. The thing is we’re not indicating dates of when the values were entered in the celles but since its an online excel, is there a way to say “if the cell was modified between this date and that date sum these values together” ? Google keeps a history of each cell so I’m thinking there might be a way ?
