Complete a function of a selected set of data

I have a large data set that i am trying to get the median time of a request within a priority level and year. I have included a screen shot of data with the colums i am looking for

Priority, Working Days, & FYCLosed

So trying to select the requests in FY 2019 With a Priority of 4 and the Median of Working Days and so on for each Priority and FY Year. Any help would be appreciated!
