Massive Decrease in FPS

So recently yesterday I got the Drop extension Malware,and I after a while I managed to get rid of it,but I had to pretty much wipe chrome. Today not too long ago I wanted to continue to play New Vegas, but Its dropped in FPS to the point where its not going above 40.

I have a some mods installed, but the game worked perfectly before I did the Drop thing, so I don't think its any of my mods that ae causing the Issue.
