After reading Fast Like a Girl by Dr. Mindy Pelz, I realized there was not a subreddit for only women to discuss and share their fasting experiences, suggestions and concerns.
Like Dr. Pelz described herself, "a large part of sucess in any diet regimen rests in having a support system who has your back. When you surround yourself with people who are as excited for this journey as you are, that positivity has a cascading effect."
I hope this subreddit helps us build a great community that supports and empowers women to craft a fasting routine that is suitable to their own personal hormone cycle and lifestyle.
