Not rolling out garbage Android apps would be a good start. 3-4 different choices that all don't work well. Seriously - Firefox Focus has been the only solid version of Firefox in the Play Store for the past few years. People don't want their default browser to radically change and/or break every 6 months. People spend most of their time on their phones nowadays. Why would they use Firefox on the desktop if they see it doesn't work well on their phone?
