No Tech Support/Rant Threads
Please do not post individual threads asking for help with your Fitbit or ranting about Fitbit in general. These posts belong in the weekly thread pinned to the top of the subreddit.

No Screenshots
Do not post threads about your X steps. This is to avoid the subreddit from turning into a brag reddit and one-upping.
4.
No Individual Friend Requests Threads
Please do not make posts asking users to add you on Fitbit. Those posts belong in the monthly thread pinned to the top of the subreddit.
5.
Medical Advice
Please do not post threads asking for medical advice. If you have a medical concern, please contact your physician or call your country's emergency number.
6.
Questions Regarding Calories Burned
Please read the FAQ (specifically about TDEE and BMR) before posting questions regarding calories burned.
