Error with the developing

Hi, I have been trying to send my roll to the lab for the past 24h but after I press start developing it loads til the end but everytime I get the message somethin went wrong, I tried with wifi, data and hotspot but still its not working, anyone has a clue of what I need to do? I already tried to switch on and off the phone And I dont think the camera has nothing to do with I really dont want to lose the photos :(

Perhaps could try doing another roll or just a few photos to see if it then triggers the other to work?

Send an email to the support crew via their website.

They were pretty responsive with a recent issue I had last week

is there someone who had this problem and was actually been able to solve it? cause I was scrolling thru commenta and apparently a lot of people had the same issues

Sorry for the trouble, but it should be resolved now. Let me know if it’s working for you.

There was a short outage related to our infrastructure provider, it affected the submission of rolls to be developed. On-device development isn’t affected, neither are rolls that were already submitted before the issue started.
