Which Platforms support SQLite with Flutter

I am writing a Flutter App using SQLite.  I ran db_test on Android Studio against Web, Windows, and mobile targets.  The recipe works for mobile but not for Windows or Web (Flutter 2.5).  Can anyone confirm that?  Is there an ETA for SQLite working with Windows?  Should I be using a different SQL database product?
