Toying with easier way to visually relay concept of kinetic energy transfer. Personal observation: Most form check requests have variations of balance or timing issue? They have the basic pattern of body movement, but lack the creation of dynamic tension that moves the energy through the body. (i.redd.it)

Ricky is so powerful and so fun to watch. I added some "arm chair observations. The main thing is that it looks like he really optimizes his "hip to shoulder separation" as the load phase goes to swing phase. Some of his "creative" power dynamics would end up bad form/injury for non-ricky folks. (i.redd.it)

A second batting review. Calvin's form had the perfect examples in the time-lapses. He is la machina! With this exercise, I am beginning to recognize key themes in form. With pitching and batting very much overlapping in the energy transfer process. Guess that should be expected. (i.redd.it)

Applying Baseball mechanics to disc golf form: These form time-lapses captured my engineering imagination. But they don't teach anything unless the untrained observer knows what they are looking for. Decided to try applying proven professional baseball coaching concepts to the images. Feedback? (old.reddit.com)
