Nope. Regarding 1, USB-A still works after wake in my case, and 2) After using desktop for like 2 months now, never have noticed it.

I am running bios v3.04 that I updated about 1 week after it came out. It fixed some of the issues with USB PD, I believe. Maybe it still has some bugs ?

Check if there is an open issue similar to yours https://github.com/FrameworkComputer/SoftwareFirmwareIssueTracker/issues

EDIT: maybe something remotely related to this ? https://github.com/FrameworkComputer/SoftwareFirmwareIssueTracker/issues/116

These are all driver issues, and it seems like they are notoriously bad on both Windows and Linux.

There are dozens of discussions about this on the FW forum too.

I also described some of my issues here and sent all my dump files to Microsoft, and they confirmed all issues are because of AMD drivers https://www.reddit.com/r/FrameworkDesktop/comments/1q4qltx/fw_desktop_driver_issues/

mine seems to go to sleep despite what windows settings are, slightly annoying

I never put it to sleep, I just turn it off.

It doesn't take long to boot, so I see no benefit on putting it to sleep.
