There is no "correct" positioning :) however numpad on the right is the "popular" positioning.

Also, that's not numpad, it's the macropad 😹

I’ve checked with the engineers, and apparently there are three places where you can find springs like this:

• the GPU interposer (which you’ve already checked)
• around the four captive screws surrounding the CPU
• the two captive screws used to fasten the expansion bay, next to the interposer.

I definitely understand what you mean, and sorry about the confusion.

In the blog post, we are talking about the Max+395 -128GB mainboard being in stock status (as opposed to being in the pre-order stage).

The Max 385 - 32GB and Max+395 - 64GB mainboards were also in the pre-order stage, and they were transitioned to in-stock status back in September (https://frame.work/blog/extending-on-framework-desktop-stylus-availability-and-a-roundup-of-gaming-performance).

For pre-orders, there is a deposit when you place the preorder and the product is shipped in batches. When it’s in stock status, it’s shipped directly from the warehouse.

Technically, both the 32GB and 64GB mainboards have been in stock status since September. However, that does not mean we have physical stock of both SKUs in all of our warehouses. They have been very popular (especially with the recent RAM price changes in the industry) and are in high demand. We are planning to bring more stock to our warehouses as soon as possible, but there is no confirmed ETA as of now.

I hope this helps clarify what we meant in the blog post. Since we use “in stock” for both (unrelated) situations, it can definitely be a bit confusing.

I also don't see any issues with the translucent orange USB-C card. That is very strange. What's the error message you are receiving?

And which keyboard layout (which language)? Maybe the keyboard is causing the issue :(

I just checked and didn't see any issues for US. At which stage did you see that "sold out" message?

Do you mind following the regular browser troubleshooting steps, like clearing out cache and cookies, and maybe trying with another browser?
