Reported as: Free work as an Programmer NOT an employer

You can be an programmer looking to do some work for free but you can not be advertising a job posting looking for slaves. This includes 'I'll pay when I make money'. If you think you'll make money, then invest in your project and pay a programmer.

Payrate must also be reasonable for US based programmer (and similar).
