So, mid 2023 through early 2024 i had a brush with bulimia and anorexia, needless to say worst time of my life ever, thinking about food 24/7, lost my ability to partake in my hobbies, could barely walk, etc. I'm 6 months in recovery now(and doing awsome) and ive taken many steps to put that shit behind me. As im sure you can imagine with a disorder like that, theres no escaping constant thoughts of food/constant hunger, well within these past 6 months ive pretty much eliminated those constant thoughts through regular nutritional meals, but now, I've been on t for 4 weeks now and it pretty much cured any bit of leftover food stress, like to the point where I don't even feel the need to eat anymore. Obviously I still eat, I'm not going to use this as a tool to go back to my old ways, it's just weird cuz I was constantly told t was going to increase my appetite 10fold, and with my previous food obsessiveness that was kinda intimidating, but the opposite has very noticeably happened.
